Notice is hereby pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 40A, Section 5 of the Massachusetts General Laws that the Lenox Planning Board will hold a public hearing for a proposed amendment to the Lenox Zoning Bylaw entitled the “Short-Term Rental of Private Homes”. The hearing will take place on Tuesday, April 17th, at Lenox Town Hall, 6 Walker Street, Lenox at 6:00 PM. Draft copies of the proposed “Short-Term Rental of Private Homes” Bylaw are available at the office of the Lenox Town Clerk during regular business office hours, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and on the Town of Lenox website 24/7: www.townoflenox.com.

The Special Permit Granting Authority for this is the Planning Board. They would like to attend the August 22nd Planning Board meeting to informally present their conceptual plan, as suggested in some of the guidance documents.

To include: (1) proposed interior walking path, (2) proposed “master lot”, and (3) view and discuss other potential sites for more parking.

The Lenox Planning Board will hold a PUBLIC HEARING Pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Chapter 40A, Section 5 on Tuesday, April 25th at 6:00 p.m. in Lenox Town Hall to share proposed amendments to the Lenox Zoning Bylaw for the regulation of medicinal marijuana facilities and a moratorium for recreational marijuana facilities for consideration at Annual Town Meeting on May 4, 2017. Copies of the proposed Bylaw amendments are available in the Town Clerk’s office for review. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments may be submitted to Town Planner Gwen Miller at gmiller@townoflenox.com.
